Who is behind it
The site is maintained by Carlos Expedito Feitosa de Avila, MD (CRM/DF 18822), who works in adolescent health in the juvenile justice system of the Federal District. It is a personal initiative, at no cost to taxpayers and with no commercial ties.
It is not an official page of the Federal District Health Department (SES-DF) or Justice Department (SEJUS-DF), and does not speak for them.
